Kay Hutt Kay retired in 2017 after a 28 year career with Travelers Insurance Company in Glens Falls. She managed the Billing and Accounting Department there, as well as being responsible for billing activities in multiple field office locations.
Shortly after her retirement, she began volunteering at MCC in any capacity needed. She has helped with day-to-day activities and fund raisers, as well as broader projects such as a review of the Center’s billing system and practices. She also volunteers through United Way as a VITA income tax preparer and AARP as a defensive driving instructor.
Kay has lived in Queensbury for 32 years. She has three grown children and six grandchildren, whom she enjoys visiting regularly.
