MEDIA RELEASE: 12^th Annual Paul Schultz Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the Moreau Community Center

The 12^th Annual Paul Schultz Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at the Queensbury Country Club, 907 NY-149, Lake George, New York. With Presenting Sponsor, Parker Machine Company Inc. of Fort Edward, New York, this fundraising event will benefit the programs and services of the Moreau Community Center in South Glens Falls, New York. The event honors Paul Schultz, the previous owner of Parker Machine and a long-time supporter of the Center. Tickets are $125 per person ($140 day of) for this shotgun start scramble and pre-registration is encouraged.

The entry fee includes golf, a cart, a light breakfast spread with mimosas and bloody marys in addition to the coffee, hot dogs at the turn, fun & games, and a BBQ luncheon.

Founded in 1977, the Moreau Community Center is one of the major human service agencies serving citizens of all ages in northern Saratoga and surrounding parts of Washington and Warren Counties. Proceeds from this event will benefit many programs and services including a food pantry, Kid’s Korner before & after school programs, the Bulldog Zone weekly teen program, the BackPack weekend food program, Skills4Life life and career services, Senior programming, and summer Camp Moreau for kids.
