Healthy Bones for Life, formerly Osteobusters, is a bi-weekly fitness program for our older community members who are concerned about slowing or preventing the onset of osteoporosis. Led by trained volunteers, the group meets Monday and Friday mornings from 8:30am to 9:00am here at the Center. What started as a fitness routine has evolved to become an inclusive community in which members share their lives, lean on one another, and create lasting friendships.
