Opportunities to Support the Moreau Community Center

I am writing on behalf of the Moreau Community Center to invite you to partner with us again as a valued sponsor for our impactful events and initiatives in 2025. Since 1977, the Center has been a cornerstone of our community, providing essential human services, programs, and opportunities that bring people together and create a better future for South Glens Falls and the surrounding area.

Sponsor opportunities letter: 2025 Sponsor request for Moreau Community Center

This year, we are hosting several key events and programs that directly benefit children, families, and seniors in our community, including:

  • Annual Block Party: A celebration that brings neighbors together in a family-friendly atmosphere with food, games, and entertainment
  • Paul Schultz Memorial Golf Tournament: In remembrance of a special person to the Center, a fun and competitive event that raises critical funds to sustain our programs and services
  • Themed Trivia Night: Twice a year, a lively evening for trivia buffs to test their knowledge and have fun with a theme while supporting the Center
  • Youth Programs: Including the Bulldog Zone, Camp Moreau, and Kids’ Korner, and other initiatives that give our young people a safe, enriching environment to learn and grow
  • Holiday Bazaar: A festive market that supports local artisans and spreads holiday cheer
  • Earth Day Clean-Up Day: A hands-on effort to beautify and care for our community spaces
  • Holiday Caring: Providing holiday dinner essentials and gifts to local families

Additionally, we are seeking support for the upkeep of our building and common areas, ensuring that we can continue to provide a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

By sponsoring our events and initiatives, your organization will gain valuable exposure while making a direct and positive impact on our community. We offer various sponsorship levels and opportunities for recognition, which we would be happy to discuss with you.

Some of the sponsorship benefits, depending on commitment level, include:

  • Social media, website, media, yard signs, and/or collateral recognitions
  • Recognition in monthly newsletter and email blasts
  • Sponsor banner display on grounds
  • Recognition on Center’s Sponsor Wall
  • Custom recognitions

Your support allows us to continue fostering connections, creating opportunities, and improving the lives of those we serve. Please join us in making 2025 an extraordinary year for the Moreau Community Center and our community.

Feel free to select the events/programs that you would like to support and return the form to me. We would be delighted to meet with you to discuss sponsorship options and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for considering this partnership opportunity, and we look forward to working together to make a difference. I will follow up with you shortly.

Warm regards,
